This person is Jacob Calladine - he is a rogue trader. Persuaded my elderley mother she needed a new roof - he ruined a perfectly good roof, causing it to leak into her bedroom and ruin the bedroom ceiling. Took £2k off her and refused to return to fix his mess. Avoid at all costs. Was trading in Winsford but allegedly (although he appears to be roving) now trading from Retford.
